The Da Nang Worldwide Fireworks Competition can be held this June with groups from China, Germany and the U.S. participating for the primary time.
There can even be groups from France, Italy, Poland, Finland, and hosts Vietnam, the federal government’s portal reported.
The opening ceremony can be held alongside the Han River on June 8 and the fireworks performances can be staged each Saturday by means of the ultimate spherical on July 13.
First held in 2008 as a two-day competitors, the occasion turned a two-month pageant in 2017, serving to town cement its standing as a number one tourism vacation spot.
After being held in 2019 it was canceled for the subsequent three years as a result of Covid pandemic.
Final yr it made a comeback and helped town appeal to almost a million guests, up 30% from 2019.
