The DEA has scheduled a hearing in early December to talk about the Justice Department’s proposal to reschedule marijuana to a Class III substance, a transfer that would delay formal motion on the matter till the subsequent presidential administration.
The company stated that after the discover of proposed rulemaking was issued, it obtained “quite a few requests” for a hearing, which is scheduled for Dec. 2.
